The easiest method that I could think of would be to use a "non stick" spray for grills.

I've cut myself pretty bad before. And for a while, It did cause me to have fear that it could happen again. Just keep doing it, and eventually you'll get used to it. Just remember to always keep your finger tips curled inward while you're cutting vegetables etc. After a while, my fear did...

I agree the show is really fun and the creations are beautiful, probably pretty tasty too. I think what's important is that even though they all make a great deal of money, they haven't compromised the quality of the product! Cooking is lots of fun and a great stress reliever! :)
