    Leftover prime rib roast

    Machaca is my favorite way to use it . I would provide a link but I am on my iPod I googled it and it not quite the same. Cube your meat and sauté with onions, leftover Bakers cubed, some bacon pieces, cheddar And tomatoes. Serve with flour tortillas.

    Lay some lemon slices on the grill and place your fillet on top. A cedar plank works good too.

    If you don't want to call them fish tacos what about cod hammocks. I like a little crunch in mine. You could try some pea shoots or carrots or radish or daikon.

    Don't buy one of the painted metal ones. The paint started coming off on the first use. My next one will be wood. I tossed it and a had to use a rolling pin. You gotta try homemade tortilla chips made from scratch along with your favorite salsa recipe. Crazy good when everything is that fresh.

    Rib Eye fajita tacos with homemade tortillas from a Mexican Grandma we know. Beans and and a salad. The tortillas were so tender and nothing like store bought. She came to our house last year and taught my wife to make Mole'. I feel blessed at times!

    Individual shaped meatloafs like lions, clowns, ringmaster etc. you could pipe on. Veggie purée to help with detailing them. A mashed high dive with a ladder and diver. Grilled and chopped veggies in a top hat.

    Ham and pineapple kebobs with morello cherries. 5 spice and moscato marinated sliced ham. Tomago fried rice. Roasted asparagus with miso butter and sesame. Grilled mixed squashes and pepper. Spinach salad with red onion,strawberries and poppy seed dressing. Banana cake with chocolate frosting.

    Bubble and squeak or pilaf are pretty traditional.Grilled veggies too.

    El Pato brand is the one I use too. I just use the Salsa de Jalapeno instead of the tomato sauce. Both are good though.

    I was throwing out the half the jar on average. It gets mold after a while. I have since switched to buying the small cans of salsa de jalapeno for about 50 cents a can. I add fresh cilantro and green onions to it. Way more flavor than the leading brands of jarred salsa and I waste very little...

    Small dice with whatever you have. You get some chewy bits that work pretty well. They soften quite a bit.

    I hate wasting the stalk. I use a peeler on it to get the woody stuff off but still save the meat. Since these need to stand up I would saute and add them to the stuffing.

    Mini beef wellingtons would be good. They freeze well if your not going to cook them all.
