    Substitute for dry white wine in pizza

    Hello & thank you for your replies. I have this pizza recipe that calls for dry white wine. I don't drink and don't really want to buy that just for this recipe. What could I substitute in place of it? I'm not sure what its purpose in this recipe is either. Would it be for sweetness? Thank you...
