    Egg whites and food coloring

    I read a neat trick that instead of icing sugar cookies, you mix egg whites with food coloring and brush it on the cookies before cooking and when they come out they have this nice colored glaze to them....has anyone ever tried this before? I think I want to!!

    Can you freeze lunch meat?

    Sometimes my grocery store has buy a pound of ham or turkey, get a pound free. If I were to freeze one of those pounds for a week or two, would it be good and edible when it thawed? Thanks. :smile:

    I picked some of these up to make a peanut butter noodle dish with. In the past I have always used spaghetti. I tried these noodles out last night. The instructions state to dip into boiling water for 40 seconds. I did this, tasted one and it was chewy...so I left it in longer...20 more...

    Red Bean Ice Cream

    My fiancee and I went to a Japanese restaurant. They had several flavors of ice cream for desert, we decided to try the red bean ice cream since we had never heard of it before. It was sooo good. Anyone know anything about this? Origins, etc.

    So, I had my review at work....a paper is filled out by my boss that rates me 1-4 (1 is the low end, 4 the high). I recived all 4's (except on one of them he circled 3 and 4 cause he says when they overload me I don't work as fast, lol). He had no complaints, loves my enthusiasm and my work...

    Found healthy alternative to mayo on sandwhiches Horseradish sauce! It adds a kick to the sandwich, it's got no cholesterol or trans fat (1.5g fat), and a lot fewer calories than mayo too! I use the Dietz and Watson creamy horseradish sauce.
