    Ok its not stuffed with anything im eating, apples, onions, the charts are great but it cooks quicker in a covered roaster i just dont know how much faster, i had a chart i dont have anylonger,

    I have an 18 lb turkey, i typically roast in a covered roaster and had a little chart that said, typically an 18 lb turkey will take x amount of time but in a COVERED roaster it only takes xx amount. SO i guess.. IM asking you all if you have suggestions Thanks valerie

    Hi, i had a great little chart that told me how much time LESS a turkey would roast in a covered roaster, ive been looking ALL OVER and cannot find ANYTHING except this forum and im happy to see if i can meet new people and learn a few things! SO, Hello, and anyone know this troubling...
