    Massive block of chicken to defrost.

    I have a 60LBs block of bulk frozen chicken breasts. How best to go about defrosting them so I can rebag into usable sizes? and split off the group purchase amounts. I have it in the garage fridge, Probably not a great idea to room temp defrost it I imagine.
