    Hope this is the right place for this question

    I make chili verde from a friends recipe. I used Ortega 27oz fire roasted whole green chilis. Unable to get that anymore (the diced just don't seem to taste the same.) My question is how can I duplicate the Ortega with what type of chilis and how many would equal that can (without fluid)? TIA...
