    Question?? do you have to cook the potatoes first??,, I made a casserole the other day with potatoes and i had to cook it about 2 1/2 hours before I could get the potatoes done (diced)... it only called to cook it one hour...

    Technique cookware from QVC

    Hello, I purchased a set of technique cookware from QVC.. and I absolutely love it... it looks similar to the look the brand caphalon has, but much less expensive......... but (a newbie here).. I love it. Things don't stick, cooks well...washes well. So I would recommend it to people...
