luvs, did you by any chance look up Anzac Cookies? They are just the ticket for chewy with no chocolate. I think I posted my recipe somewhere.

I have visited your web site but forgive me if I can't remember if you have recipes for sugar free cookies or anything else. We (me..) have several diabetics here and we would like something we could make or bake.

I don't have any yet Marge but I plan on building a diabetic page with lots of recipes in the future as well as a dieting page but I haven't gotten that far yet. I started the website about 6 months ago and have plans for it to be a massive website.
