Thanks for the inspiration you guys. I just cooked one of my best meals ever!! I'll post the recipe tomorrow, under lamb.

Cripe, double posts are getting to be a habit with me. Grrr.

onion burger/ketchup, poached egg, also a few slices of this cheddar i've got, & broth

I forgot I still had Portabellas cooked up from the night before, so I just added more shrimp for dinner. The broth from the mushrooms was heavenly. I had just cooked the PBs in margarine and garlic from a jar. No seasonings except whatever juices came from the mushrooms and the shrimp, but WOW, what flavor.
