I think it'll be just the two of us. I asked DH what he wanted, and he said lots of wings and beer. So, that'swhat we'll have.

since it's just the three of us (dw, myself, and my boy), we will have beer, bonnie's buffalo chicken dip (since the last time i made real buffalo wings, i had to skin and bake the wings or dw wouldn't eat them. do you know what a pita it is to skin wings?), mussel's marinara - extra hot, extra garlic, and a pizza.

Yes buckytom, I do it all the time. Do not like the skin. A tip, use kitchen shears on the flappy parts of the wings and the rest peels off rather easily. Lose the tiny tip, good for nothing, and disjoint, easier.

oh, i meant to start a thread to inform you of a show on pbs i saw the other day. it was called "new scandinavian cooking with andreas viestad". i only caught a few minutes, but it looked interesting.
