Big game snacks

What is everyone making for the big foot ball game next weekend? I'm making hot wings for sure for me and hubby really likes super nochos. I also will make some ham and cheese spread for crackers and a veggie plate with dip. that should cover it for the 2 of us and the critters too. :D

We usually do the big tray of cheese, crackers, garlic sausage, oysters, cocktail weinies and pickles. That is our dinner. Mmmmmmmm!

When I first saw this topic I thought "Big Game" as in polar bear, elephant, etc. We traditionally do Philly cheesesteaks and beer. Everyone is welcome to bring whatever they want. A tradition for one of my buddies is a fifth of Jim Beam. By half time he can give a pep talk better than anyone else on the planet!

My menu will depend on who will be here. My friends who I was going to get together with decided to go to 7 Rivers Resort (an Oregon Native American casino in Florence, OR) and I do not want to go with them, they are rented one room and they are all pretty heavy smokers, hard to be around all of them at one time in one room even if it is just for sleeping. So if my daughter and her fiance come got to have wings (or sometimes I use breast and cut in strips (no tossing of bones) and tempah (sp) for my daugher and chips, vegies and dip ranch, potato salad, green salad. They are big eaters.

Alix, I will have to get the recipe from the friend that is making it. She has a Brazilian foreign exchange student living with her family. I want the recipe for myself, also. I had it a couple of months ago at their house. I must say that anyone that does not like to eat pork shouldn't eat this soup. It has several different kinds of pork in it.
