i had brunch. bacon, and blueberry pancakes using blueberry's that i thawed. used sugarless maple syrup (log cabin) with butter, blueberrys and vanilla in it. pancakes always fill me up.

Sounds delish. Wish I could, but I'm not allowed fried (or deep fried) anything. Ten to fifteen pounds to go, then maybe.

apple juice and a hard boiled egg.no muss no fuss. and it works well with blood sugar
