chilled melon soup & tomato chix soup; both were great! especially the melon soup- so refreshing.....
& both very easy! i made the chix soup- that was just stock, chopped celery, chopped onion, & spices, cooked & strained through a chinois, with pesto drizzle.
the other soup was canteloupe, champagne, pelligrino, zests, & there was to be a granita with it though the granita didn't freeze well 'nuff.
i believe that life would not be complete sans comfy 'ol tee-shirts, the Golden Girls, and the color pink
