Dave-In that first pic, is that a Currier and Ives plate? I have a set stored away that belonged to my Mom and my Aunt.:)

Yes it is! :) I inherited some remaining pieces from my mom and grandmother who didn't want them anymore. I have been filling out the set since. They are one of my "every day" sets.

One of the reasons I didn't cook the chicken was because I didn't want to mess with making mashed potatoes and gravy... but then I realized that I couldn't let the pan drippings go to waste from my fried chops  I should have grilled them ;)

Too bad I didn't know you were a Currier and Ives fan. When I sold my shop last October, I had a whole set in mint condition.

:( *sniff*sniff*

Oh well. My philosophy on these missed type of opportunities is that it just wasn't meant have a complete set yet.

Gosh I can't believe nobody posted this yet. Tag, I'm it. :)

DH is making his shrimp egg foo young for us tonight. What's your plan?
Fresh vegetable pizza with roma tomatoes, green onions, mushrooms, green olives & cheese.Yummy!
