going out to a wonderful Uzbekhstan restaurant tonight..........delicious bread baked in a brick over....to die for......will probably have the pork shaslik and some small bowl of soup.....salads are too heavy with mayo or oil to eat for me.......the shaslik is grilled on a skewer over a pit........served with a sauce ......delicious.......

The only difference between a "cook" and a "Chef" is who cleans up the kitchen.
