Dinner tonight

Yesterday I cooked smoked 1 1/2" pork chops from the best butcher in the world and I made gravy that I saved. Today i slivered the left over porkchop meat and mixed it into the gravy. Then made biscuits... thus, biscuits and gravy - served with homemade (so easy) applesauce. Yum..:rolleyes:
