What are you having tonite ?

My menu is breaded pork cutlets with lime & sriracha seasoning blend added generously to the Panko breading, served with roasted bell peppers and shallots drizzled with orange/whisky sauce.
 
We ordered Indian food. We had lamb samosas, onion bhajis and pakora, chicken tikka and murgh malai kabobs, roti, and beer. It was yummy as usual and lots of yummy leftovers. I have looked up a recipe for murgh malai, it was that tasty.
 
Tacos. Shredded pork from the freezer, chopped Spanish onion, and cilantro. Wrapped up in lightly fried corn tortillas, with sliced mango for a side.
 
I grocery shopped today - so, of course, it's leftovers! I finished the last of the sausage/chard/bean soup. Himself has dibs on the last of the naked pepper stuffing - it has no jacket, AKA pepper. If he's still hungry, we have some beef in gravy. Me? I have the last piece of the last watermelon for the year calling my name...
