We had lamb shoulder chops, salad, and potatoes. I used a dry rub on the lamb. Hmm, the seasoning was tasty, but it burnt a bit on the pan. I think I'll make a marinade with the same seasonings next time, and then make a sauce with the leftover marinade. We wanted to grill them, but too rainy again.
I was also disappointed in the quality of the chops. There was too much fat and gristle. It's probably a better deal to pay more for loin chops.
Maybe today I will get to the chocolate ice cream for dessert. Didn't have room in my tummy last night.
The Mateus (Portuguese rosť wine) went very well with the lamb.
