Dinner, Tuesday the 25th

Four months to Christmas!

Tonight's dinner will be fettuccine Alfredo and salad.

As you sit and plan for Christmas, what's on your menu.

No planning for Xmas, way too early! We are having conch fritters, coleslaw and fries. The fritters are being served with a cocktail sauce.

BBLTs and cheese! We've been putting fresh basil leaves on BLTs and I have some bocconcini to nibble on as well.

Spicy black beans and rice stuffed peppers, peppers from the farmer market today. Cole slaw and warmed up corn muffins.

Ho Ho Ho Andy and anyone else who wants to play--

That was rather shocking to see Christmas is so close!

Cold fried chicken thighs and extra soupy cole slaw was on the menu tonight.

Actually today I was looking for some low carb Christmas cookie recipes.

Tonight will be a cup of vegetable soup, chicken salad and iced tea.

I'm so glad that soup season is starting , I miss it during the hottest part of the summer.

I'm making pizza tonight with as many toppings as I can dream up. We really like the pizza dough we buy from the grocery deli.

What did you come up with? Are Mexican Wedding cakes/cookies low carb?

Also thinking of trying to find my Christmas tree lights. I need to establish a precedent of when decorations go up here.

I decided, since I have fresh garden tomatoes and basil, I'd go ahead and make caprese skewers. I just love biting into these
