I almost always drink according to the temperature. If it's hot, I tend to drink whites, rose, or even fruit wines. Or sometimes I drink beer. In the winter, I drink mostly red wine, and occasionally brandy.

Sometimes I drink both. We started with the white tonight with dinner, but ended up opening a red wine later on after it got dark and cooled down.
I am the same Steve, we drink white in the Spring and Summer and red in the Autumn and Winter

Grilled chicken with French herbs, golden beets and carrots, and a salad with fresh buttermilk dressing (still trying to use up the buttermilk from pancake day).

That looks scrumptious

I am not a fan of the white stuff.

Beautiful Steve. I'm much more a red wine fan but when it's really hot I often go for a white too.
