My oven pizza. Good flavor, but I still need to work on a super thin crust.
MMM... great-looking pizza! I love the meat combination, also including the mushrooms!

I notice a lot of people here love mushrooms! That's good, then I'm in good company! I just bought Portabellas that I have a recipe I'm going to use for.
 
Thanks Mama, and thanks for the tip on the dough relaxer. I could have stretched this one even further, but I was at the sides of my pizza pan already. Next time I'll remove some dough before I start working it into the sides.
Thanks Mimi, thanks Vanilla. The smoked beer brats added a nice smokey flavor. I'll be using those again, VB.

And I think I'll make some meatballs this week. That's a great looking dish with the gravy.

BTW, I've had canned mustard greens... I know, I know, lol... and they were pretty good. Like spinach with a little bite.
