Got in late and didn't feel like thawing out anything.

Change of plans. Got called to join a friend in the neighborhood for din-din. We had chicken, couscous and wilted cucumbers. Ate outside as it was a fantastic evening. Can't believe it's July 13th in Kentucky!!!

Chile Verde with shredded pork, tortillas (one these days I will get around to using my tortilla press), and Spanish rice.

I made Mark sirloin tips in a tomato sauce over shell pasta last night. The side was peas. I had a turkey wrap sandwich..that had vegies and swiss cheese. My side was chips-n-dip. It's horrible to eat while watching TV!

A little kindness goes a long way.
