I bought some jalepeno/cheddar sausage, but my daughter wanted gnocchi. Onions, peppers, mushrooms, cheddar, cumin ,ancho chile powder and chicken broth sauce on gnocchi, otherwise known as Tex/Mex fusion gnocchi

I ended up making salmon burgers with an aioli sauce. I found an Emeril Lagasse recipe with Asian flavors on FN that turned out to be pretty good.

salmon burgers sound good... so do nachos.

I didn't feel like cooking, so we had chicken-noodle soup. I had a veggie wrap with mine.
