Country style ribs......and I'm not home from work yet. Dinner will be served late tonight, as usual.

Collard greens tomorrow for sure!

Tonight was still left-overs from Monday's cookout.

Goulash in 30 minutes with garlic bread... sounds mundane and simple, but it worked!

Did someone say bass? You should have said something before I released him.

Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha..... I thought showing off a couple of nice bass from Monday's fishing outing with my brother would spark a little excitement. This lake is full of bass over 3 lb, and everyone puts them back when caught. We caught almost 20 fish of that size, and released them all to fight again. They're also a lot of fun on a fly rod.

You're the first person I've met who actually LIKES bass as a food. I thought they were put here just for the sport of catch and release.

I'll take a plate full of bluegills any day of the week.

Joe

BTW, clean out your PM box. I tried to send this as a PM, and it won't accept any more messages cuz it's full.
