Sunday March 26

Well. It is Sunday. I'm going to marinate a London Broil that I got the other day. Not sure what I'm going to put with it yet, but That is my current dinner plans. Never know, it could switch.

Don't know what I'll have for dinner. I have a meeting at 7pm tonight. It'll be interesting and fun but I'd rather go out for a quiet evening alone. I think I'll get some thai take out on the way home.

Comfort food tonight. Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, peas, and gravy.

Dam! I was going to get my meatloaf going, and I know I bought hamburger, but apparently my grocery store forgot to add that in when I did my grocery shopping, even though I know I paid for it! Plan B, chicken cutlet with an onion and mushroom gravy, and something else with it.

Girls night! Greys Anatomy! Special treat - we are having a masseuse (sp?) come to give us all massages beforehand! Soo - must make some special snacks - taking the place of dinner --

I am going to make PDSwife's spinach and artichoke dip, Any M's cheddar stuffed mushrooms and TexasBlueHeron's potato skins. I bought a couple of bottles of good wine too - can't wait 'til tonight!

Boneless skinless you-know-whats. Thinking of doing something different and trying to roast a panful of carrots.

The lady of the house is cooking this evening. I'm still mouth agape in shock.

Apparently it's gonna be meatloaf (which she stuffs with...mozarella, I believe?), Chesapeake Bay rolls, baked potatoes and some form of asparagus.
