DH is still out of town. I had a tuna melt with sourdough, Havarti and fresh garden tomatoes.
The plan right now is for steak...
.....and steak it was. We also had some reheated roasted potato chunks from earlier in the week, and more tomatoes from the garden.
I love tomatoes, but it seems like they are now all ripening at once, so we're a little overwhelmed at the moment. It's funny how I always crave that first vine-ripened tomato of the year, but come about September I'm kind of tomatoed out.
For all you guys who are tomatoed out...you might want to give this a try as a side dish. We love it.
