Made some chocolate cookies with peanut butter chips tonight. Nothing big, just the cake mix kind. I needed something for lunches tomorrow, and didn't feel like baking.

I'm making pork chile verde for dinner, so I think I'll make the ham, cheddar and poblano corn muffins someone posted recently.
