As this is our growing season in southern Ontario, I went to a Farmers' Market yesterday and bought: beefsteak tomatoes; little cukes; scallions; lettuces, etc. etc......I used the first four items and made a lovely salad for us....very yummy.....

Roast beef sandwiches on fresh whole wheat bread and potato salad. It is too hot to cook.

I went over to have lunch with my mom who is recuperating from a stay in the hospital. I had a 1/2 turkey sandwich, pasta salad, and iced tea.

I made a really easy Taco Skillet dish - rice, ground beef, taco seasoning and cheese served with lettuce and Tostitos. Dad and little brother loved it!
