We had hot wings, celery, and ranch (or bleu cheese) dressing for dipping. And chocolate cake for dessert! What did you have?

In between Monsoon Thunderstorms, I grilled some B/S Chicken Thighs and glazed them in Hoisin Sauce, straight outta the bottle... ONO! I haven't made this dish in a long time.
These were served with the ever present steamed White Rice and my Quick Cucumber Kim Chee (or kimchi, whatever).
@Kathleen good thing I looked before hitting "enter", I was just creating a dinner thread :D ya beat me by a minute!
 
I fired up the grill with my cast iron skillet on the grate. Cut up some onions, pepper and mushrooms and added them to the skillet with some olive oil. While the veggies were cooking, I grilled some sweet Italian sausages. While that was going on I erased a couple of crusty sandwich rolls. The finished product was sausage subs with sautéed veggies and a cold beer.
