i posted mine, don't know where it went. maybe i put in the wrong place. wouldn't surprise me, at all. i had a one egg, spinach and mushroom omelet with a tiny sprinkle of cheese. did use a tiny bit of butter for the shrooms and spinach.

same thing this morning, think i am in a rut? just needed to use the mushrooms before went bad. was tasty . also had a piece of italian bread toast.
