I love it and miss it but haven't been able to make it for a long time. It never occurred to me to make it with a pasta other than spaghetti.

Wonder how it would be over spaghetti squash or riced cauliflower, Kayelle? Just because I'm not eating low-carb doesn't mean I can't think of options that you might like. ;)

I made sweet and sour chicken for last night's dinner. I tweaked a couple of recipes, using fish sauce instead of salt and adding Thai sweet chile sauce for some heat. I also sprinkled a little Penzey's Chinese 5-Spice Powder on the rice. Really good!
