I didn't want to do a lot of work tonight so I thawed a piece of London broil I've had in the freezer for a month or so, cut it into slices and then used a whole envelope of McCormick's mesquite seasoning on it. After that I slow cooked it in the oven on a rack, 200° for about 45 - 50 minutes.
In a couple minutes I'm going to make a cream cheese base chocolate pie. And then I wonder why I can't lose weight!
