Grilled pork chop painted with garlic orange marmelade sauce. Red potato and Green bean salad with tarragon vinaigrette. Ice tea.

Yeah. I have to watch what I put in things when my daughter eats with us. She can be a bit wary of certain dishes with too many ingredients....
