Sesame tuna rolls and baby carrots with a Thai peanut sauce

Other than wedding cake, which I just finished making, I have no idea what, where or when we will eat tonight, I just know I am not cooking. DD is getting married in a half hour and we are just trying to get her out the door. We will probably all go out after the ceremony. What a day, but it is great to see them so happy when they have been so sick lately.

DW talked me into steak and corn on the cob, but we had only two steaks so I also made pork chops for the kids. Pan seared with a dry rub and EVOO, then finished in the oven. Gobbled right up and no leftovers, but still airing out the house, LOL.

The kids went off on their own after the ceremony and DH and I went to Swiss Chalet for rotisserie chicken. It was nice to just be by ourselves and unwind.

Whole wheat linguini with a tiny amount of red sauce and corn on the cob with no butter. I'm trying hard to get used to my very reduced fat, no cholesterol diet.
