There are only two pieces of the bacon-cheeseburger pie left, and Mark wants that. So, I'm going to make broccoli cheese soup.

What is on your plate or in your bowl for supper tonight?

I am trying to figure out what to have. I meant to get a roast out thawing to put in the crockpot this morning as DH is taking me in for my specialist appointment about my knee this afternoon and time will be tight for dinner as Dad needs to eat at 5 for his bloodsugar.

If I don't think of something that is fast, I will probably leave him one of the "TV dinners" I have made so he can heat it in the microwave and we will get something when we get home.

Beef Stew , with crusty home made bread. Every time I make the stew I make it differently, I like experimenting.

I have to run off to a condo board meeting tonight so I'm having some leftover Cuban roast pork butt with black beans and rice.

It's my sons 4th Bday today, so it will be pizza at the JumpinJacks playground.

The Pasta Fasul followed by steamed hard clams sounds tasty, never had that. We have been eating pretty good lately though. Hubby and I went to Italy for our 10 year anniversary a few months ago. We took a cooking vacation
and had the time of our lives. Anyways ever since we got home the dinners have been crazy good. Better start thinking about tonight, dinner time is getting close. Should have a salad with all the weight I've put on I guess;)

I tried a new recipe (very simple) from allrecipes.com
It's a Texas Hash over rice with yellow and white corn and a garlic bread stick.
I would make it again, it was pretty tasty and sooo simple.

gonna have a homemade cheese burger. instead of a burger bun, will use a new product. it is a thin sliced sandwich bun of a sort. less bread than bun. they are good toasted as well.

the pork from yesterday just to salty for me. gonna freeze til i figure out what to do with it.

Simple dinner. Sauted red and green bell peppers, cubanel pepper, mushrooms and red onion cooked till soft. Then scrambled eggs added and cooked till soft set. Topped with cheddar cheese and a pepperoncini pepper. Served with hot pickled veggies and hot yellow banana rings.
