NY - Hyde Park ... CIA (Culinary Institute of America)

Taking classes at CIA (Culinary Institute of America) once again.

If you are ever in Hyde Park, New York, stop by and get a tour of a facinating place. Dine in one of their 5 student run restaurants, and also catch a meal at Twist in downtown Hyde Park, owned and operated by a CIA grad, the place is phenomenal. The Hudson Valley is a beautiful spot year round, and the local produce is second to none.

Catch ya in a few

Joe
