St. Patrick's Day

Anybody here throwing a party for Saint Patty's? We're having one this weekend... I have the menu all planned out, but would love some great cocktail ideas (preferable green or Irish themed). (Of course, we'll also be doing green beer and green apple juice for the kiddies.)

Grasshoppers.. ( 1/3 Crème de Menthe verte
1/3 Crème de Cacao blanche
1/3 Cream(I like to use ice cream and blend it))

Midori Splice (shot Midori, 1 shot coconut rum, 3 shots pineapple juice, 1 shot cream(float the cream))serve over ice

Apple vanilla martini (1 jigger vanilla vodka, 1 shot Apple pucker)serve neat

Irish eyes.. 1shot Irish whiskey, 1/4 shot creme de menthe(green), 2 shots cream--serve over ice.

Green Goblin.. 1 shot of each..Vodka, peach shnapps, Apple Pucker, coconut rum, sweet and sour mix...serve over ice.

Thanks! Those sound great-- and very very sweet. I made several Irish Eyes over the weekend (with a touch of green food coloring to up the green factor) and they were seriously, seriously addictive. A new favorite. So thanks!
