Bacon Vodka

As a devout Fermentologist, I have sought various flavors for alcoholic beverages. This is a new one to me, and I am forever grateful for the post!

Not often do you see savory flavors use in booze, so bacon was really cool to see. Now, does anyone have any garlic flavored liquers that they know about?

I LOVE the idea of Bloody Swine (though lord knows the name is disgusting). I bet a bacon bloody mary is great! I once bought a bottle of tequila that had a smokey, bacony, meaty flavor. Really just bacon tequila. It was THE weirdest thing I'd ever tasted. For awhile I'd use a bit here and there in savory recipes, but in the end I had to throw it out-- it took up precious liquor space, and I almost never used it. Now I'm thinking I could've tried a Cerdo Sangriento ("bloody swine" in Spanish)!
