Raspberry Hibiscus Tea

After reading and hearing about how hibiscus tea (jamaica) lowers cholestrol and blood pressure, the closest thing I could find was this store brand raspberry hibiscus tea. It also contains chicory and lemongrass.

It is delicious! I keep a big pitcher in the fridge, and drink it instead of soda. No sweetener needed, and it has no caffeine.

Did not know that. Thanks, Alix! This was the only one the manager and I could find that actually said hibiscus on the label.

When we go to Mexico, I plan to bring back the straight jamaica flowers.
