Has anyone heard of this drink, Sencha tea? Whenever I go to the Whole Foods store, they are always down on their stock. Have seen so many people ordering this by the case.

I have read on Google that it has many health benefits. I was able to buy one can yesterday and has unusual taste. Must be really beneficial to drink it.

Thanks for your time and interest.

I've had Sencha teas at some Japanese restaurants. You get accustomed to the taste but it would never be a favourite of mine but I will continue to order it when I have Japanese food if it's served, just cos I like to have Japanese tea with my Japanese food. Not familiar with any of the purported health benefits though other than green teas are good for you.

Don't own any of it though to make at home.

Too many restaurants, not enough time...

Thank you. I am happy to hear that the taste is not very appealing. I am only grateful you have sampled it and as everyone else has said green tea is good for health.
