(you can either make your own crepes or purchase premade ones)
Boil & Simmer 1/2 cut-up onion, 1 tbsp minced garlic & 4 chicken breasts (skinless) till done. Reserve broth. Cool.
Cut into very small pieces. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix flour & water and add to broth, making it a little thinner than gravy.
Add 1 tsp Kitchen Bouquet. Add salt & pepper.
Put a tiny bit of sauce in chicken & a bit on the bottom of a pyrex dish.
Fill crepes with chicken, seam side down in dish. Top w/sauce, sliced
almonds & sliced green onions. Bake 20 minutes.
I suppose this would be good w/mushrooms, but as I don't care for them,
it's not in the recipe :)
