[FONT=&quot] 3 tablespoons brown sugar[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] 2 drops Worcestershire sauce[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] 4 cups ketchup[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] 1 onion[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot] Cut off the small piece of the chicken wing and the bony part so you [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]have only the meaty part. Mix the ketchup, onion (cut up), brown sugar [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]and sauce together. Dip wings in the sauce. Put on cookie sheet. Bake [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hour. If you have extra sauce, cook in [/FONT]
saucepan until thick.

[FONT=&quot] 1/2 teaspoon Crushed red pepper[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] 10 Chicken wings -- about 2 lb[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] 2 tablespoons Margarine or butter[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] 1/2 cup Blue or yellow cornmeal[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] 2 tablespoons Flour[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] 1/2 teaspoon Salt[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] 1/2 teaspoon Ground cumin[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] 1/8 teaspoon Pepper[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Mix lime juice, oil and red pepper in large glass or plastic bowl. Cut eac [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]stirring occasionally. Drain. Heat oven to 425F. Heat margarine Shake [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]remaining ingredients in plastic bag or mix in bowl. Shake wings in [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]cornmeal mixture to coat and place in pan. Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Turn. Bake until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes longer.[/FONT]

For the chicken wing dings, I would cook the onions first, or add dried onions and allow time to reconstitute, perhaps while marinating the wings in the sauce.
