Question ISO healthy chicken tetrazzini

i have a rotisserie chicken in the freezer and would like to make tetrazzini. all the recipes i've found include a lot of cream based soups, butter and high fat cheeses. anyone have a healthier version?

I use the 98% fat free cream soups and skim milk.
