Smoked Chicken...it was a hit!
I used my smoker I got for Christmas for the 1st time tonight. I bought a combination of mesquite wood, apple wood, and chardonnay wood and put water and apple juice in the pan. I just rubbed kosher salt and pepper on the outside of them. They turned out really good!!! My son helped me take them off the smoker and as he was walking in the house he said "TV couldn't even make them look this good".
