This when cut will make 4 panini or would we say panino? Which ever these taste great, On a ciabatta that has been cut in half the long way.If loaf is more than a couple of inches thick pull out some of the soft bread in the top and bottom to create hollows. moisten both halves of the inside with evoo and lemon season with salt and pepper make sure to be generous with the evoo and lemon juice. layer rest of ingredients on bottom halfof the bread making sure to drizzle with a few drops of evoo and lemon juice or a nice vinegar salt and pepper ok first layer 4 big leaves of butter lettuc then, 1.2 lb. of fresh mozz drained and thinly sliced. 4 beautiful sweet heirloom tomatoes thinly sliced evoo, vinegar or lemon and salt and pepper1 small red onion sliced thinmore seasonings 1 yellow pepper sliced thin 6-8 radishes sliced thin season 10 basil leaves.put top on loaf when ready to serve slice into 4 pieces.
