hey everything went smoothly. he said it should be like thick pancake batter & it was. the only thing i had my doubts about is the bacon. i accidently overcooked it & i think i should have undercooked it because it was to go on top of the bread just before putting it in the oven for 1/2 hr & cook some more. i wondered if i should have cooked more bacon but i didn't. something to keep in mind next time i guess. ~20 more mins to go....
The bird could eat its way out of the cage. That was very real to me. As an apprentice, I too felt like a bird in a cage made out of bread. I just fed on my limits. -- Lionel Poilane
