Christmas menu in Italy

Dear all of you,

My Christmas menu is based around local porduce:

Truffle risotto ( recipe available on request)

Vitello tonnato (veal slices with a tuna sauce)

Home made tagliatelle with white Alba truffles

Bonet (a very traditional amaretti and chocolate dessert)

Pears braised in Moscato d'Asti

amaretti to go with the coffee.

I wish you all a blessed and happy Chrismas and a happy New Year

Kindness to all of you

Yum, That looks like a wonderful holiday dinner. The Bonet is a new dish for me. Could you share your recipe, please.

Enjoy the holiday season.

Sweet. Thanks Di.

And I learned bonet is an Italian word for pudding.
