Crazy about spaghetti and meatballs!

I usually make meatballs very differently than the recipes I read here. I use ground beef with onion and chopped parsley and 2 tablespoons of rice that was soaked in water for 1/2 hour. Together with oil, salt and pepper. I mix all in the food processor and then roll the balls. I usually brown the balls in a skillet before dropping them in the tomato sauce. They usually end up very tender and juicy and the meatballs don't fall apart.
