How to use these rice wrappers?

They are used as wrappers for deep fried rolls. Just made some this past week.

Try it with a nice Chianti & some fava beans. Pffft, pfffft, pffft.

You seem to know a lot about oriental cuisine. I know how to make Vietnamese spring rolls but the last time I bought ricepaper wraps I got home and noticed I took sheets of ricepaper by mistake. Any idea what to do with them? They're much thinner that wraps.
